Quilting makes us happy, and there is nothing sadder than an unfinished quilt top. With your piecework and my
Happy Stitches I have no doubt that we can make your quilt smile, and you, too. My Gammill Optimum long arm
quilting system is outfitted with the state-of-the-art digital Creative Studio™ and PrecisionStitch™ from Statler
Stitcher™. What this means is that in addition to regular long arm quilting, I can hook up the computer and do
amazing things. The Statler is a wonderful system that maintains precise patterns repeats and consistent stitch
length. Thousands of patterns are available and each can be scaled to fit your quilt. The stitching quality is
unsurpassed and I promise your quilt will smile, but I don’t promise perfection. If you prefer free-hand all over
designs, meandering, outlines, echoes, grid work, stitch in the seams, or background fill, the computer is simply
disconnected and away we go.
I do all the work on your quilt myself and will take care of it as if it were one of my own. Currently I have lead times of
about two weeks for edge-to-edge (all over panographs) and four to six weeks for custom quilting.
The purpose of this web site is to allow you to view photos of my work. I have found that it is easier to imagine a
pattern on your quilt, if you can see it stitched out instead of drawn out in black and white. Each quilt indicates what
edge-to-edge pattern is shown. Choosing a pattern can be hard--enjoy the dilemma.
